Purpose:

This training creates expertise in Six Sigma methodology as well as systematic problem priority, description and solution. It also creates the base for upcoming leadership roles.
We put a lot of focus on role-playing, group dynamics, project management, advanced statistical methodologies, the DMAIC problem solving methodology, data collection and data analysis.
We dedicate a lot of time in training how all these tools and concepts should be applied in practice and how they should be combined with other roles in improvement management, such as Green Belts, Lean Coordinator, Management Groups, etc… Interaction between Black Belts and their organization is critical to success, which is why we work a lot with the interpersonal communication. We always do this on the basis of the value-adding parts of the organization.
Our experience and story telling from real competitor projects and case studies highlights both the positive and negative aspects of modern improvement management. Through discussion groups, we create our own mechanisms for dealing with these, all within the framework of DMAIC.
